Premier Case Management believes that a local case management team is the most effective team for you.  We can assist you with your choice of primary care physician, specialist, surgeon or physical/occupational therapist.  Our treatment goal is to provide oversight of the treatment plan and, perhaps equally as important, to make sure that your injured worker understands what is going on and what they must do to get the best result.  

Premier Case Management provides your Risk Manager or Insurance Carrier with an instant network of providers allowing you to effectively direct care for your injured worker.  Just a few of the areas in which we can provide assistance include:

Schedule and attend appointments

Coordinate between treating physician, specialist, therapist and the injured worker

Monitor and communicate back to the employer and/or insurance carrier any work restrictions or other concerns and provide written monthly progress reports

File review for medical or legal issues.  Our legal consultant is a licensed attorney in the state of Iowa.

Request and obtain impairment ratings when injured worker has reached maximum medical improvement
